ANYONE TELLING YOU
YOUR VOTEDOESN’T MATTER
IS TRYING TO MANIPULATE
YOU INTO NOT PARTICIPATING
IN OURDEMOCRACY.

You–the youngest generation of voters–undeniably impact elections. For example:

And for you who don’t live in any of the above states, does that mean your vote doesn’t matter?
NO!

What about your state and city’s...

All these things and more are voted on by you and their outcomes immediately impact you and your community.

On a national and local level, change and growth can be slow but that doesn’t mean your vote doesn’t matter!

And for some of you that might be especially hard if you live in a place where you feel like you’re in the overwhelming minority.

But even in those situations, your vote is a crucial sign to those in power that there are opposing voices in the community that shouldn’t be ignored, and that these might signal a shift in the community’s values and priorities.

“Although I live in a deeply conservative town, voting is an expression of what I believe in and to say that, ‘hey, this isn’t right.’ My vote might not change the results, but I still want to be recognized and seen by others who live in places where their vote could actually result in change”
