And I’d argue that feeling like you don’t know enough about all the things doesn’t mean you’re uninformed, but that you want to know more and are more open to hearing multiple sides and perspectives. This is an amazing side effect of being the most interconnected generation ever!
You’re a growing segment of voters who lean more towards recognizing there’s more to learn about issues vs. older generations who are more set in their ways and their opinions (i.e. you’re more adaptable).
So I think it’s a great sign that your generation of voters feel like you don’t know everything about every candidate and issue, and voting for the first time can be as simple as a rite of passage.
