The main purpose is to oversaturate online (i.e. social media) and offline platforms (i.e. your local communtiy board) with easily shareable bursts of content with the specific goal of growing confusion and overwhelming the audience to the point of them wanting to disconnect and tune it all out, including not bothering to vote.
